About the Author: Rose Rundell

Rosie is one of our administrative assistants and the person on staff most responsible for putting together our Native Plant Festival each spring. There's not a native plant nursery in the Southeast that Rose doesn't know about. She joined the us in 2003 and does a little bit of everything around here. Hers is likely the voice on the other end of the phone when you call our office. Originally from Ohio, she moved to the N.C. coast from Charleston, S.C. Environmental issues have always been one of her interests and are what brought her to the federation. She's an active gardener and has a greenhouse at home.
