These vital ecosystems face increasing threats, and this plan aims to preserve their ecological, economic, and cultural value.
With over 17 years of experience at the N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries and a strong background in coastal habitat initiatives, Jacob brings a wealth of expertise and passion for protecting our coast.
