Before joining the Federation, Alex served as the North American Human Resources Manager for a global precision technologies firm for eight years. She brings a deep commitment to environmental causes and a wealth of expertise in Human Resources and Recruiting. In her role as Human Resources Manager for all three regional Federation offices, Alex collaborates closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective organizational support. She resides in Wilmington, NC, with her husband. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a Minor in Juvenile Justice, from American University in Washington, D.C.
